Chef de Partie

We are looking for Chef de Parties at our new site in central London. We’re seeking creative and dynamic individuals who can maintain our high standards of culinary excellence.

Job Description

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. You’ll be responsible for food preparation, including meats, vegetables, and pastry work, whilst upholding impeccable standards of cleanliness to maintain our 5-star hygiene rating as we expand into London.

Working shifts from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, (approximately 40 hours per week), you’ll collaborate closely with the kitchen team, working 5 shifts, across a 7-day schedule.


  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to high standards, including pastry items.
  • Ensure all food preparation meets quality and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain efficient operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to hygiene regulations.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.
  • Follow recipes and portion control guidelines accurately.
  • Contribute to menu development and creative dish ideas.


  • Previous experience in pastry work is essential.
  • Competence in food preparation, including meats and vegetables.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

£13.50 p/h
