Catering Team

We are seeking catering team members to play a vital role in managing our office catering operations in Central London.

Job Description

As a catering team member your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth execution of our office catering services, by preparing and presenting sandwiches and canopy-style desserts and savouries on sharing platters according to customer preferences and dietary requirements. This includes early morning starts between 3am to 4am and finishing around 12pm from Monday to Friday. Whilst previous experience in the hospitality industry and knowledge of allergens and dietary requirements are preferred, full training will be provided. The ability to keep and maintain clean and organised sections is essential as we anticipate a high volume of orders once the office catering service is fully operational.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and display sandwiches and canopy-style desserts and savouries on sharing platters.
  • Follow customer notes and dietary requirements accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in your designated area.
  • Ensure timely delivery and setup of catering orders.
  • Assist in managing inventory and stock levels.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, both in the kitchen team and the delivery team.

Requirements

  • Early morning availability between 3 am to 4 am and flexibility to work Monday to Friday.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of allergens and dietary requirements is advantageous.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
