STORE MANAGER

Sandwich Sandwich is coming to London! We are a small independent sandwich deli bar from Bristol taking its first steps of expansion to central London.

Sandwich Sandwich is looking for a store manager to lead our new store in central London.

You will be in sole charge of ensuring each customer has the best experience when they visit us.

You will be running a large team of up to 40 employees, with 2-3 shift supervisors for support each day. You will need to be a big motivator with lots of enthusiasm and passion for what we do and mould your team to mirror this every time they are at work.

Weekly rotas will need to be completed by yourself. You will need to make sure each day is covered appropriately for business levels Monday to Sunday.

 You will work along side the head chef with keeping the stores hygiene rating at a top level. Ordering and stock control will be monitored by the head chef and store manager. 

Recruiting and training of your team is an essential part of your role as it will be your responsibility that all sandwiches are made the spec and that all team members are on the same page in this respect.
